Wycombe Chamber Choir

About Us

Wycombe Chamber Choir was set up in 2018 by its conductor, Tim Venvell. Its vision was to provide a high quality choral experience for some of the best singers and musicians in the area, and its membership includes in particular a number of local music teachers.

The choir’s repertoire is mostly a capella and includes challenging as well as more familiar music.  

Its concerts are almost all to raise money for local and national charities.

Most of all, its members come together in a spirit of camaraderie and good fellowship. The choir recognises the merits of singing as of benefit to overall health and seeks to balance very high standards with a joy in making music together.
